A Few Things To Know

Nothing crazy — just what keeps every session running smooth for everyone in the building.

01Heads up: each room's guest count is capped to keep the session focused — New York (3), Miami & Nashville (6). Bring your circle, not a crowd.
02Stay locked in with us. We ask your crew to post up for the duration of the session rather than rotating in and out the building.
03We keep it smoke-free wall to wall — protects the gear, the air, and the room for the next artist.
04We share this building with other businesses, so help us keep the parking lot free and clear of extra activities during sessions — let's make some heat.

New York

$90/hr with staff engineer

Full-scale production, signature New York energy.

GRAMMY-Winning Head Engineer Mixit IP — $150/hr, any room.

Same rate in Miami, Nashville, or New York. You're not booking a room, you're booking the engineer.

Mixing & Mastering

Mastering included free with every mix. All mixes are private, off-the-clock, and delivered in 7–10 days on average (2 revisions included).
